Project Team Roles: Executive Sponsor, Program Manager, EPIC Administrator, Coach

The purpose of the Wrap-Up phase is to determine to what extent the Everything DiSC^® 363™ for Leaders program was a success and what can be learned and applied to future implementations. The Wrap-Up phase includes:

• Meeting with project team to review program results
  • Celebrate wins
  • Discuss what worked and what changes should be made at each phase
• Planning next steps
  • Expand the program to other leaders
  • Repeat the program with current leaders to track development
